Our programmes are designed for senior leaders — typically directors, vice presidents, C-suite executives and high-potential leaders being groomed for executive roles. We also work with functional heads who lead large, complex teams and need to sharpen their strategic and interpersonal capabilities. If you are unsure whether a programme is the right fit for your seniority level, our admissions team will be happy to discuss your situation confidentially and recommend the most appropriate pathway.
Most one-to-one coaching engagements run for six to twelve months, with sessions every two to three weeks. The first month is devoted to assessment — including a 360-degree feedback process and stakeholder interviews — which produces a personalised development plan. The remaining months focus on skill-building, behavioural experimentation and reflection. Some clients choose to extend their engagement into a maintenance phase with monthly check-ins to sustain momentum through major transitions or organisational changes.
Yes. Our Virtual Leadership Labs are delivered entirely online, making them ideal for globally distributed leadership teams. Each lab is a ninety-minute facilitated session using interactive tools such as digital whiteboards, breakout rooms and live polling. We also offer hybrid formats for our longer programmes, blending in-person intensives with virtual follow-up sessions. Our coaching engagements can be conducted via secure video conferencing, and many of our clients prefer this format for its scheduling flexibility.
Three things set us apart. First, our faculty are former C-suite executives — not career academics — so every exercise and case study is grounded in real boardroom experience. Second, we invest heavily in pre-programme diagnostics and post-programme follow-up, ensuring that development is not a one-off event but a sustained journey. Third, we keep cohort sizes deliberately small (typically eight to twelve participants) to allow for deep personalisation, genuine peer learning and the psychological safety needed for honest self-examination.
Pricing varies depending on the programme format, duration and level of customisation. Our open-enrolment strategic leadership intensive starts at £4,950 per participant for the three-day programme, inclusive of materials, meals and post-programme follow-up. Bespoke in-company programmes are quoted on a project basis following a scoping conversation. One-to-one coaching engagements typically range from £12,000 to £28,000 for a six-to-twelve-month engagement. We are happy to provide a detailed proposal after understanding your specific objectives and participant profile.
Absolutely. Bespoke programme design is one of our core strengths. The process begins with a discovery phase where we interview key stakeholders, review your strategic priorities and assess the current leadership culture through surveys and focus groups. We then co-design a curriculum that addresses your organisation's unique challenges — whether that is accelerating a post-merger integration, building a pipeline of diverse successors or embedding a new set of leadership behaviours across multiple geographies. Bespoke programmes can range from a single two-day workshop to a twelve-month blended learning journey.
All of our coaches hold a minimum of ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation, and several hold the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential. Our facilitators typically hold advanced degrees in organisational psychology, business administration or a related discipline, combined with at least ten years of senior leadership experience in industry. We also require all faculty members to participate in regular supervision and continuing professional development to ensure the highest standards of practice.
We use a multi-level evaluation framework inspired by the Kirkpatrick model. At the first level, we capture participant satisfaction immediately after each session. At the second level, we assess learning through pre-and-post knowledge assessments and self-efficacy scales. At the third level, we measure behavioural change through follow-up 360-degree feedback administered three to six months after the programme. At the fourth level, we work with sponsoring organisations to track business-level outcomes such as employee engagement scores, retention rates and promotion velocity among programme alumni. We share a comprehensive impact report with every client organisation.
Cancellations made more than fourteen calendar days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within fourteen days of the start date are not refundable, but we offer a credit of equal value toward any future open-enrolment programme within twelve months. Substitutions — sending a colleague in your place — are welcome at any time at no additional charge, provided the substitute meets the programme's seniority criteria. For bespoke in-company programmes, cancellation terms are agreed during the contracting phase and vary by project scope.
